However, we will charge a cleaning fee to cover the professional dry-cleaning of the clothes and fabrics that cannot withstand the conditions of a standard washer and dryer. This fee is based on the price provided by our dry-cleaning partners. Each of these items is marked on zealandphoto.ca for your convenience.

When the Primary Photographer confirms a booking request from a client, we agree to reserve our spot indefinitely and not entertain other requests. Client cancellations create problems for the Primary Photographer. As the date draws closer to the start of the booking, the Primary Photographer's ability to rebook that spot becomes increasingly difficult. At the same time, sometimes plans change for our clients, and they may need to cancel a confirmed booking.
We have developed the cancellation policy to provide some flexibility for clients while still providing security for the Primary Photographer. Clients may cancel their booking until 24 hours before the event starts and receive a full refund of their booking price if rescheduling is not an option. If a booking's cancellation is submitted less than 24 hours before the event starts, we will charge a $400 cancellation fee.
If the Primary Photographer cancels the booking for any reason beyond our control, we will offer a 100% refund.LIABILITY
Primary Photographer will not be held liable for incidents, accidents or injuries that occur anywhere with anybody inside and within 50 meters during your visit period.
Primary Photographer is not responsible for any loss or damages to clients' items during your stay.PHOTOGRAPHIC MATERIALS AND COPYRIGHT
All photographic materials shall be the exclusive property of the Primary Photographer. This Photographer shall own the copyright in all images created and may use the work for samples, contests, exhibition, advertising, self-promotion, and anything that does not contradict the law of copyrights.CLIENT'S USAGE
The client is obtaining prints or files with images for personal use only and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions thereof by parties other than the Primary Photographer. If the client is obtaining a print for reproduction, Primary Photographer allows the client to reproduce the image only under Special Usage Requirements. In such an event, the client shall request that a copyright and credit notice for the Primary Photographer be placed adjacent to the photograph on publication but shall have no liability if the publication refuses or omits to do so.SOCIAL MEDIA
This clause applies to all social media. When published online, it is required that a citation of the Photographer be made. The client agrees that they will alter any photographs placed in public on the internet under no circumstances. The client agrees to be responsible for any family member or friend who posts Primary Photographer's works online and agrees that they cannot be cropped (except the forced cropping for Facebook's Timeline), altered in colour, or edited in any way. It is understood that no other photographer, amateur or professional, shall be allowed to photograph at the venue while Primary Photographer is working and that any breach of this agreement will constitute a reason for non-completion of the job with no liability to the Primary Photographer and loss of initial payment by the client. In case of capturing backstage, you must ask permission from the Primary Photographer.
The client accepts that all photographs will be taken and edited at the Photographer's discretion based on the Photographer's experience and artistic view. If the client has special requests, they shall create a "shot list" of all required shots.
All deliverable images as per contract will have standard image editing. Any extra edits requested by the client are subject to an additional charge. These extra image adjustments include changing the size of the body or parts of the body, replacing parts of the body from another image, changing the colour of parts of the body, extra skin retouch, replace or swapping the background. It is also understood that Primary Photographer is not responsible for fixing hair or skin or makeup problems unless hair and makeup are included in the contract.
