We are happy to offer our Add-Ons that makes your stay much more enjoyable. All you need to add is to hire a Photographer or Videographer of your choice. We could advise you to hire professionals who are already familiar with our studio for high-efficiency usage.

Rotatable Background System $20 / per item
There is an option of $100 flat fee / per booking
Unique Background System with 24 panels allows you to save shooting time and maximize creative potential. Each panel has a different design. Those are 360° rotatable and could be combined in any desired way to create actual rooms with two or three walls, windows, and doors.

***Most items are subject to regular washing and drying, free of charge. However, we will charge a cleaning fee to cover the professional dry-cleaning of the clothes and fabrics that cannot withstand the conditions of a standard washer and dryer. This fee is based on the price provided by our dry-cleaning partners.

Good question!)) We will assist you in using any desired equipment, an on-site assistance is mandatory.

We are at the office Wednesday-Sunday, 9 am-6 pm. However, we are happy to schedule a photo shoot for you outside these hours and on weekends. Please note that rates after 6 pm are an additional 50%.

When the STUDIO confirms a booking request from a client, we agree to reserve our space indefinitely and not entertain other requests. Client cancellations create problems for the STUDIO because as the date draws closer to the start of the booking, the STUDIO's ability to rebook that space becomes increasingly difficult. At the same time, sometimes plans change for our guests, and they may need to cancel a confirmed booking.

We have developed the cancellation policy to provide some flexibility for clients while still providing security for the STUDIO. Clients may cancel their booking until 24 hours before the event starts and will receive a full refund of their booking price if rescheduling is not an option. If a booking's cancellation is submitted less than 24 hours before the event starts, we will charge a $400 cancellation fee.

If the STUDIO cancels the booking for any reason beyond our control, we will offer a 100% refund.

Based on our 16 years' experience in the photography field, our clients usually underestimate their booking time. Therefore, we kindly hold an extra hour after your booking. It will not be considered overtime, and the regular hourly rate will be applied after one minute of overstay. If you do not need this after booking hour, you must leave the STUDIO when it is booked, no later.
Overtime is not applicable for any Staged Bookings.

We could charge additional cleaning fees of $50 for those clients who did not clean up after themselves well enough. If your shoot involves hair cutting, flower arrangements, glitter, body art, sand or other elements that require extra cleaning time, be sure to manage your time correctly. We ask that everyone respects the space and leaves the STUDIO clean and tidy to avoid additional cleaning fees.

While we do not consider ourselves a "daylight studio," a decorative window is available.

Yes, you may bring in outside catering, but we always have delicious snacks and beverages to treat you.

Well-trained pets are allowed; however, you will be responsible for all messes and damages.

The studio is not sound-proof and may not be suitable for recording audio.

We collaborate with different MUA professionals. Please check the MUA page if you are interested in ZEAL & PHOTO professionals. Although, some of our clients prefer to select their makeup and hair services. It is totally ok.

Thank you for your question! We can guarantee that you cannot imagine how wide our backdrops variety is. RSRBS (Rotatable Suspension Rail Background System) and Seamless Background Papers.

We do provide a Wardrobe, as ADD-ONS, we can offer a vast selection of dresses, shoes, accessories and much more. We will also help you choose the right outfit for your photo shoot.

Yes, we shoot small Backstage videos and recommend professional videographers for your big-scale projects.

Yes, we do. We sell a variety of photo Albums and exclusive Photobooks. We do photobook Design and Enlargement. A photo album is a ready-made album where you can insert your photos printed on photo paper. A photobook is a book with images that are printed on the pages of the book.

Yes, we provide specific "Our best selection" Framing services; you could take a look at it in our studio as well. However, if you need something else, we can recommend where to purchase and frame your images.

The Studio keeps archives of your photos only made by ZEAL & PHOTO Photographers. The cost of placing your files in the archive is indicated here:
